Just because the aircraft could land didn't mean it could take off.

i think the fact that they were actually able to land on a 6100 foot landing strip is an acomplishment in its own 747s are pretty large for that to work. yes it was the wrong airport but no-ones ever gone off the wrong freeway entrance before, it only happened once as far as we know i think we should lay off boeing and let them get past this

after reading this, i feel like this plane could become very controversial should war start  because this aircraft being that its origionally a private jet could be desguised as one and used to spy on the opposing force. then if its shot down could release all out war, for example the cold war when the united states spy plane was shot down over russia. if this plane is found then security risk goes up for possibility of more planes, tensions get higher and then something breaks and this plane becomes a starter for destruction

russia needs to get its priorities straight. with all these crashes i dont think its just equipment failure. people are dying spend some money to check the planes and the facilities and stop being so cheap
