Learning has no borders when it comes to technology. Today, students and teachers can connect for learning 24/7. They no longer need to be in the same physical space. However, connecting face-to-face in realtime is very important to the learning process. Teaching in a Live Online Class can be very rewarding for the teacher and student. 
There are many benefits to the face-to-face real time online learning environment that require our attention. Teaching in a asynchronous non-time dependent learning platform is not enough for today’s student. Students need immediate gratifications.

Students need to have the opportunity to be with the instructor in real time, so they can get immediate response to their questions and not have to wait. They need to see the teacher in action. What is your opinion.

Technology is making a difference in to learners worldwide. Teaching online to supplement face-to-face courses is the future. We can no longer ignore the fact that students can receive customized instruction as a result of the Internet.

The demand for English language teachers to teach online using virtual classrooms such as WizIQ is increasing. The traditional face-to-face language schools are quickly realizing the value of going online to customize student learning. More and more schools are offering teachers attractive salaries to teach online using WizIQ.

I'm helping a language school based in Germany recruit English language teachers to teach mostly conversational English to adults online using WizIQ. The school pays its teachers really well ($51 for a 90 min class). The only requirement is that you know how to teach online using WizIQ virtual class.

My hope is that teachers will make learning personalized rather than standardized for everyone.

My hope is you are ready for the challenges as well as the failure.

Making mistakes is a way to learn. It’s not about the disaster; it’s how you respond to the failure.

And finally my hope is that your school is different from most of the current transactional learning models, where the students are consumers of education.

Lastly, I hope for people to be just educational learners fitted in transformational learning approach with opportunity for active, creative and profound personal development.
