Hello,

 

Today the diet proved to be high gear with a loss of 2 pounds this week. Both my wife and I decided to make some homemade chicken soup, eat lots of salad, as well as I made some Grilled Vegetable Lasagna. The recipe will appear in a future post. We had less nuts and not as much snacking.
