5 steps to escape the trap of limiting beliefs

5 steps to escape the trap of limiting beliefs
Sandi Cornez's insight:

Have you ever been in a situation where you believed there were no viable options? Of course you have. We've all been there at one time or another.

Your mind thinks it has to protect you and sends subconcious messages which are often based on conflicting beliefs or assumptions. You may not even notice them consciously in order to respond emotionally. However, the end result is leaving you in a state of panic, anxiety, and frustration without really knowing why.

Once these assumptions are understood and sorted out, you can free yourself from these limiting beliefs and continue on your journey. How do you uncover the trap your mind has set for you?

Because you may find it difficult to stay in the present moment and think things through carefully while these conflicting beliefs are causing emotional disaster, within you, t's always best to discuss with another person.

Basically you have two conflicting beliefs that don't work well togetheer. There is always a solution. As long as you hold on to both of them, you have no options. Letting go of one of them frees up options.

Read this interesting article to learn the process the author discusses. Know that there are many different processes available to bring you to a viable solution whatever your conundrum is, i.e. your conflicting beliefs and assumptions..

Remember when you get stuck,  your unconcious mind has most likely set a trap for you. You can identify the trap and set yourself free.
