I think the question here is why not invest in gender equality? I believe that if men and women are equal in the workplace and in society that would make a positive differences with the younger generation see both women and men with the same position it will push more girls to aim higher and also show boys that girls are not under them. It's 2014 I can't believe that its made such a big on why a women cant be high then a man.
