Célul tűztük ki innovációt versenyben létrehozni. A verseny önmagában is jelentős motivációs tényező, amely fokozható a verseny és együttműködés együttes, egymást erősítő hatásával. Fontos követelményként szem előtt tartottuk az alkotómunka szervezésének főbb törvényszerűségeit, amelyben praxisunk volt, és a világháló, a közösségi média nyújtotta lehetőségeket.

 

Az alkotás során gyakori az analógiák módszerének alkalmazása. Ismertes, hogy a triatlon három versenyszámból áll: úszás, kerékpározás és futás. A verseny győztese az, aki a legrövidebb időn belül teljesíti a távot. A versenyeken elért helyezésekhez pontok járnak, ezek összesítésével alakul ki az éves triatlon ranglista. Ennek szellemében létrehoztuk az e-Triatlont, amely épül:

Az e-Triatlon innovációs folyamatra épülő verseny. A résztvevők maguk választotta probléma megoldására vállalkoznak, oly módon, hogy adott cél elkérése érdekében együttműködően versenyeznek (ez egyedüli a világon)! A cél: új, innovatív produktum, számítógépes média létrehozása, amely nagyon sokféle lehet.

 

Az e-Triatlon szlogenje:

 

Verseny a sikeres ötletekért, s megvalósításukért!

 

A verseny célja kettős. Innovatív produktumok létrehozása és nagyszámú ötlet kreálása, megfogalmazása.

Induljunk ki az innovációból. Az alkotó folyamat három fázisból áll:

 

Témaajánlat készítés,ötlethalászat ésproduktumlétrehozás.

 

A három fázisban részeredmények születnek, amelyek értékelésére kerül sor.

 

Első versenyszám: témaajánlat bemutatása.Második versenyszám: ötlethalászat és eredményei, ötletek, gondolatok.Harmadik versenyszám: az innovatív produktum bemutatása.

 

A versenyszámokban rangsorok képződnek. A végeredmény, a ranglista a helyezésekhez tartozó rangszámok összesítésével alakul ki. A teljesítményt a szavazatszámok (pontszámok) mérik, a három szám azonos súlyát a rangszámok biztosítják.

 

Az első versenyszám után a legjobb ajánlatokat adó versenyzők a döntőbe jutnak, a többiek kiesnek, vigaszágra kerülnek, közülük a legjobb produktumokat a szponzorok megvásárolhatják.
