This will help me maintain a healthy lifestyle because it teaches me how to research healthy tips that are true and that will actually help me.  I've learned to not base your diet on one food study.  I've learned to listen to doctors and those who have studied the things they are talking about.  Learning to look at what sources I get my information and to look at multiple food studies, I will know how to know the truth about what I should be eating and how I should be excersizing.

Nutrition tips

Health is everything. Here is all tips How Do You Lose Weight. Everyone wants to have a healthy lifestyle, but this can only be accomplished by.

This has given me benificial nutrition tips.  I like this because it is short and to the point and I don't have to take 20 minutes to read something to find information that could be said in a couple paragraphs.  I've learned to never skip breakfast, to eat things in small proportions and moderation, and to read labels of the things you eat.  Knowing these simple things will help me to know what simple things I can do to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nutrition Tips for TeensHuffington PostI'm an eighth grader in Branford, Connecticut. Now, I may only be a teen, but I still do take pride in the fact that I know a lot about nutrition and generally like the subject.
Jamie's insight:

This has helped me because it was written from a teenager.  Because I am a teen, knowing what certain things to do now, at this age, can help me to keep a better diet and lifestyle.  Drinking water, getting sleep, eating lots of protien, and exercising are some of the key components to living a healthy lifestyle as a teen.  Following these simple rules will help me to maintain the weight I am at till college.
