I think if departments reviewed their faculty, it would become clear to them which teachers should *not* be forced into using technology in the classroom. Questionably, if those teachers cannot teach the assigned material any longer, they may be driven to learn it in order to keep their jobs, but honestly, if teachers don't possess these traits in today's world, the only thing they should probably be driven to is a different job....
