Why am I posting such an unapologetically pro-Obama article? Because, it does a great job of explaining the effect of Tuesday's election on the Supreme Court. If you are a Republican, just switch Kulash's issues to the other side and cheer for the more conservative justices. You, too, will be see why the Supremes matter so much.
