From this website i found out information on what the Macquire Dictionary defines feminism as, "advocasy of equal rights and opportunities for women, especially the extension of their activities into the social and political life".

I also found out information on the myth that came about in the 19th century about Australian women being the first women allowed to vote when it was actually the New Zealand Women whom were the first to vote.

This website is giving me information on the fashion wear in the 1960's.

What wome at that time used to wear.

From the reaseach i got, i found out that the fashion in Australia at that time was strongly influenced by the British.

Women around this time wore Mini Skirts and Dresses invented by Mary Quant. Also women's hairstyles at that time were different, they had the beehive.

Also for wome Makeup- Eyes were their focal point of the face, eye lashes and macara.
