The audio and video quality was superior to any of the generic screen capture applications I've come across in awhile. The share feature seems very much straightforward, and user friendly.
Overall, this looks to be an interesting tool, however it does not seem to work from IOS mobile devices.

The featured videos did not appear to make use of the whiteboard feature (from what I observed during the few minutes I watched), so that's something to play with.

It's worth checking out though, and I'm particularly interested in hosting, in addition to recording limitations.

Three Brain Teasers to Spur Logical Thinking and Collaboration - Mindshift

Three Brain Teasers to Spur Logical Thinking and Collaboration - Mindshift | Create: 2.0 Tools... and ESL | Scoop.it
There are lots of ways to stretch student thinking and get them talking to each other about ideas. One fun way is through riddles that require inductive reasoning, critical thinking and hopefully some good collaboration around student ideas. The three brain teasers below created by TED-Ed have fun visuals and include an explanation at the end. All the videos also include lesson plan ideas to deepen the conversation and start discussion.

There are adavantages and disadvantages of implementing technology in the classroom. One of these advantages is that we can find countless resources for enhacing the learning process and making our lessons more fun and effective. However, technology can also be a distraction if the teacher does not know how to implement it in the correct way.

Using Open Digital Badges On Moodle

Using Open Digital Badges On Moodle | Create: 2.0 Tools... and ESL | Scoop.it
One of the best ways to encourage learner progress or course completion and to add value to your course is to provide some way of certifying that an individual has legitimately pass the course. Certificates, diplomas, etc. are all ways to do this, but in today’s digital world, digital badges are a great option that people can use to verify and display their skills and knowledge.

The Mozilla Foundation developed an open standard for badges, called (surprise!) Open Badges, that provides a way for schools (and businesses and others) to create credentials to that individuals can use to demonstrate what they know or are qualified for.

Open badges have been a part of Moodle (via Totara) since 2012.

Nellie Deutsch of Moodle For Teachers has created a brief video that demonstrates how open badges work.

This article and infographic share over two dozen ways to help your students be innovative thinkers.
Stewart-Marshall's curator insight, May 15, 8:21 AM
Innovative thinking in students will flower when we design classrooms that absolutely can’t survive without it. Same with critical thinking, self-direction, creativity, and so on. Until we reach that point, it’s on the shoulders of the classroom teacher to tease it out of students through a combination of inspiration, modeling, scaffolding, and creating persistent opportunity.
Emma Vanstone's curator insight, May 15, 7:05 PM
This is a really practical short article focusing on the 'how' of incorporating innovative thinking in the classroom.  I liked that it contained lots of suggestions and 'verbs' to create lesson objectives or learning targets; essential questions or understandings for units; assessment questions; scoring guides or rubrics for projects, for choice boards for differentiated learning, and so on.
