This is a great tool for creating dynamic presentations that allow you to highlight specific content. They can also be embeded into webpages. A great tool for creating assignment reports too. Via Nik Peachey

As much as I love Prezi and will avoid using PowerPoint ever again, I wonder how quickly students can pick up the skills (even from the 1-2-3 at http://prezi.com/learn/ ) to create an effective presentation without going overboard on visual aids. Most of our courses are only 10 weeks and I just mentioned Prezi as an excellent alternative but not for our upcoming seminars in just over a week's time. So how long did it take your students to pick up Prezi?
