G. Elaine “Sunny” Waller (Knox) passed away August 22, 2013, at Central Washington Hospital. Sunny was born November 13, 1930, in Stanford, MT, to Joseph and Marian Knox. She lived there through her early childhood until the family moved to Kalispell, MT. In Kalispell, the family lived and ranched along the Stillwater River. She attended schools in Stanford, MT, and Kalispell, MT, but it was in Kalispell where she met and fell in love with Richard L. Waller. The couple were married in 1949 in Thermopolis, WY and lived in Bozeman, MT, Helena, MT and Spokane, WA, before settling in East Wenatchee, WA. They had four sons: Doug, Rick, Scott and Dave
